How can I update the Plex server in 1.7.0?

Hi everyone, how do I update my Plex server now?
In ZimaOS 1.6.2, I was able to update it without any problems by editing the Plex.yaml file—I just entered the new version number, imported the YAML, and the new version was installed. But in ZimaOS 1.7.0, that no longer works…

I use: image: lscr.io/linuxserver/plex:latest
And I just Manage the “app” and hit the Save button, then it does a pull of the latest image
