Downtify does not work out of the box

Not sure how to make this container work. The git repo says we need to add some account information to the config file. I don’t see how to create or use a config file here.

Install the app from our official App Store, and try again. Screen records are helpful.

The app was installed from the app store. But when trying to download anything, even a single song, it just has an endless loading wheel. When checking the github repo, it states that you need to provide login info for a spotify premium account in the config file, but I don’t see any way to do this with the container.

Are there any setup steps needed?

Hey, I was having the same problem as you, I managed to fix it and get downtify working on ZimaOS by clicking the three dots on the downtify icon on the Zima dashboard then setting and the finally enabling “permissions” that seems to have fixed it for me, hope this works for you!

TLDR = ZimaOS dashboard → three dots on downtify icon → settings → enable “Permissions”

You mean ‘Privileges’ right? I tried that, did not make any difference. Do you set any environment variables?

Ive got similar issue with fresh install ZimaOS and Downtify fresh install from the app store. It seems to be related to Strict-Origin-When-Cross-Origin :
