The configuration you are using in the torrents yaml to route your torrent container thought the deluge container won’t be working in 1.7.0, I bet if you look the line is missing and will disappear if you readd it. It’s a know issue which is in another post somewhere. You cant access your torrent web UI probably because the ports to do so are set in the deluge container. Remove them from there and put them in the torrent container and you will be able to access it. But it won’t be routing the traffic via deluge until it’s fixed in the next version.
