Hi today i have developed a deep unlove for zimaos btrfs
i added a new drive now all my raid5 pools are missing disk good thing there was no important files on it
i even tried to format and format and break to no avail
i cannot see myself making zimaos my main sever becuase it lacks real good storage repair
if everytime something goes wrong with the order of disks installed and there is no recourse to fixing and have to destroy my raid array then it needs to offer more than btrfs
for now i will leave zimaos till they make storage better and add zfs which works better and atleast have ways to fix missing disk or disk reordered (i move a disk from one sata port to add a dvd drive
all the drives work fine but zima says my disks are missing you can’t even remove raid 5 pools you nolonger need
