Backup task cannot be deleted

I’m using ZimaOS v1.7.1

How can I delete an existing backup task if the specified path no longer exists? In this case the photos from my Pixel phone – see the screenshot.

Hi, thanks for reporting this. Backup tasks created through the client can currently only be stopped from that same client; they cannot be deleted from the ZimaOS server interface.

This task remains visible because the backup was created on your Pixel phone but was not stopped from the client before the corresponding path disappeared from Files.

You have two options:

  1. Open the client on your Pixel phone and manually stop the backup task. It should then disappear from this page.
  2. If you can no longer stop it from the client, please contact us. With your permission, our support team can remotely access your device and remove the task from the database.

We understand this is inconvenient and apologize for the trouble.
