Apps dont run anymore

My docker apps dont run and cant delete them either also Btop on this machine doesnt work for

system. (Btop has been that way since original install)

I have only messed with stuff normal no deep diving.

Need guidance.

I reset docker and reinstalled apps all is well in that dept.
